We are seeking experienced loan writers (Brokers, Lending Officer) based in Melbourne South East (close to train station). As part of this role you will work with an experienced Lending Team and Support staff and you will need to demonstrate capability to take the loan from engagement to submission.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of integrity, honesty & ethics; dedication to being client orientated with a desire to exceed client expectations and provide exceptional service; the capacity to deliver services in a professional manner whilst incorporating personality, flair and friendliness; a keen eye for detail and accuracy; dedication to the role and the ability to be dynamic, versatile, adaptable & flexible; a willingness to learn and develop within the role; a high level of motivation & initiative with a desire to succeed; the ability to operate autonomously and the desire to operate within a close team environment.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years experience in similar role (Lending)
• Demonstrated skills around loan structuring and analysis
• Proven Relationship Management skills
• Proven track record of meeting compliance requirements
• Focus on exceeding customers’ expectations
• A high level of organisational and time management skills
• Proven ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (highly preferred)
